Hello from Washington! This morning I did something wild and crazy! I ran my usual track in the opposite direction! Amazingly, I found out on my GPS tracker that it was 100 meters shorter in that direction, so I only got 11880 meters of exercise today. Wonder why?

When I’m on a layover, I usually try to go for a run, and Washington is perfect for running, especially in the morning during sunrise. Unfortunately, it was a bit cloudy, today, but I put on the running shoes anyway. You see, that’s the trick, to keep on going even in cloudy weather. I promise you, it feels great afterwards!
Take care out there, tonight I’m heading back to Scandinavia:)
