Vækst is part of the Cofoco (Copenhagen Food Collective) group of restaurants, known for monthly set menus at a reasonable price. You can choose between vegetarian or non-vegetarian, and have the option of different substitutions such as cheese instead of dessert and beef tenderloin instead of the set menu main course. You can also order a la carte, but the set menu is by far the best deal. If you get the set menu expect complimentary surprise dishes and amuse bouches during the evening.
