Where do we ship?

Pilots + Cabin Crew Shop offers shipping to addresses within the US. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

How long does it takes before I receive my order?

We use DHL and USPS for shipping, and all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

You can thus expect a delivery time of 6-8 business days for most orders. If you have not received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@pilotscabincrew.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

 

Shipping rates

Shipping is free for orders over $50, otherwise we charge a flat fee of $7 for shipping.
